Ninja Pig Media was founded by its CEO, Madden Fettes, in 2017.  Since launch, Ninja Pig Media has published 4 books: Ninja Pig, Ninja Pig 2: The Bunny Wars!, Ninja Pig: The Despicable Carrot Man, and Ninja Pig 4: Arrival of Bird Man. Together, the books have sold hundreds of copies.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Madden struggled with mental health challenges starting in kindergarten and grade 1.  Eventually, he became too nervous and upset with himself to even write down the letter 'T'.  Both the school and his parents needed to find answers to change this.  Madden was fortunate to have parents who wanted to find him help at any cost.  Ultimately, this led his family to New York City to receive treatment from the Child Mind Institute.  At Child Mind, Madden and his family worked with expert child-psychologists who taught him, his parents, and his teachers skills and strategies to help him regain the confidence to learn, write, and thrive.

In grade 2, Madden completed his first book: Ninja Pig.  To celebrate the triumph of finally being able to have the confidence to write and finish an entire story, his family gifted him 50 copies of the book.  At that moment, Madden realized that he wanted to share this triumph with others in the world and inspire them to realize their own potential.  Moreover, he wanted to raise awareness of the fact that getting mental health help at a young age can change the direction of your future.

Madden lives in Winnipeg with his loving family and when he's not in school, he can likely be found hard at work on the next installment in the Ninja Pig series.
